Where rights are disputed, Merton@750 will remove the item from the public site but retain it within our records until the issue is resolved between the rights holder and the contributor.
If you think you are the rights holder for an item on the Merton@750 site and you think your copyright has been breached, please let us know as soon as possible using our contact form.
When contacting us with a take-down request, please ensure you include:
- Your contact details
- The full details of the material
- The exact URL and citation information for the item in question – this can be found under ‘Citation’ on the individual item page
- Proof that you are the rights holder or a representative of the rights holder
